Its pieces are handcrafted by a team of experienced artisans. Bespoke pieces are handmade in London and Turkey. Dgn London offers bespoke, made-to-order, and reupholstery services. Bespoke furniture stands at the centre of what this London workshop produces, and the accounts gathered from buyers consistently highlight the quality of the finished pieces. A number of customers describe craftsmanship that is solid and well made, with a rustic or thoughtfully conceived aesthetic that gives each item a distinct character. Ordering and delivery are repeatedly mentioned as straightforward and accurate, with furniture arriving comfortably and meeting expectations formed during the design stage.

The team, including Dogan himself, is praised for being helpful and knowledgeable in the shop, guiding choices with genuine expertise rather than pressure. Reviewers frequently note the personal touch of a family-run business, describing the owners as kind, attentive and clearly passionate about their craft. Attention to detail comes up across commissions, from individual pieces to complete furnishing projects for business premises, where customers say their vision was understood and translated into stylish results.

Communication before, during and after sale is singled out, alongside a professional approach that keeps clients informed and satisfied. For commercial fit-outs, delivery and installation are reported as punctual, with the finished furniture fitting the space as intended. The recurring theme is furniture that combines comfort, design success and reliable service, with Dogan's own dedication to the work earning particular thanks from those who commissioned bespoke pieces.
