I used Mark for my first HMO project and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the outset, his depth of knowledge around HMO regulations put my mind at ease. The team were professional and communicative throughout, working to a strict timescale without cutting corners. Most impressively, the final cost matched the budget we agreed on from day one. Mark recently completed a full renovation of our property, we completed a two storey side extraction and rear kitchen extension. This is after an existing bathroom renovation and includes many internal changes as well as the external. From the roofs to the second fix kitchen mark was transparent and reliable throughout. Mark and Mark W alongside the rest of the team did a great job transforming our home from a 3 bed 1970’s style house to a modern 4/5 bed house with a stunning garden and open plan kitchen extension, we’re looking forward to getting mark back out to build us some wardrobes for our new bedroom soon.
Replaced my old gates that was falling down with new done a fantastic job spent most of the day working in bad weather not once did they complain and cleaned up after themselves very happy and a good price will use them again and I recommend them to anyone that wants work done on their property's for any work Post
Mark did a fantastic job of remaking and fitting our front porch from scratch, as the old one was rotten and full of woodworm. I cannot fault the quality of his work or the service provided. Mark renovated our bathroom, from start to finish him and the guys were absolutely great, very neat and kept the site clean as they walked us through the process and helped us make key decisions. We are thrilled with the result and are now using him for a larger extension!
In July, Mark fitted 8 fire doors and a bespoke cupboard door. The work was completed in 2 days with the minimum of disruption. Mark left our house clean and tidy. Thanks Mark for a great job 👏
