Terrible. Hired Mark to fit a handrail on our staircase. Don't be fooled by a good first impression. He left the job half finished and has failed to return since. We bought our own materials and he took half of them with him and has completely ignored all contact since. Left handrail a mess with sharp pins sticking out the top. This is the first time I have ever been ghosted by a tradesman. Total lack of integrity, unprofessional and unreliable. Still advertising for new business on social media whilst ignoring jobs he has already started.
I can't speak highly enough of Mark. His service was 10/10 from start to finish. I used Mark's services to fit some new doors for me and honestly was so impressed with his work. Highly recommended.
Mark and his crew did superb work on our major interior doors' replacement project. Everyone was highly professional - very friendly, polite, respectful to us and our property. We particularly appreciated Mark's punctuality and timely communication. The quality of work is superb, the new doors look amazing. Mark completed a Fire Door to Building Regulations for us last week. We could not have asked for a more efficient and friendly service from initial quote through to completion of the FD30 door. Mark took great attention to detail at all stages discussing the numerous options. His wealth of experience consistently reassured us that we had chosen a confident and skilled carpenter.
