Still and Bloom

I don’t often write reviews but I felt Still & Bloom really deserved one. I purchased the Splay Coffee Table in September 2024 and, after around 21 months, noticed some unusual discolouration developing despite the table being extremely well looked after. We always use coasters, nothing had ever been spilled on it, and it was used exactly as intended. For context, I also own two console tables from Still & Bloom that are around two years old and still look as good as the day they arrived, so I felt this was an isolated issue. I contacted Still & Bloom expecting some advice, but I was genuinely blown away by their customer service. They apologised, explained they’d never seen anything like it before, and immediately offered to make me a brand new replacement table. They also arranged for the old table to be collected at the same time the new one was delivered, making the whole process completely hassle-free. The replacement arrived today, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and genuinely cares about its customers. Issues can happen with any product, but it’s how a company responds that really matters, and Still & Bloom have been exceptional throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

My first purchase from Still and Bloom, moved into our first home and this the first piece of furniture we ordered. I was really impressed, the quality is amazing, pictures and colours / tones showed on the website are true to life. Everything down from ordering to delivery was great, I really liked when I got a text to say my order was out for delivery it said how many stops / drop offs they had left as I had plans that day I could work it around then. The most stunning dining table. Exactly what I wanted! Still and bloom provided such great customer service after I requested for the delivery address to be changed short notice. Every single person that has seen our table have complimented how lovely it is. Such a beautiful peace.

I couldn’t be happier with the 2 beautiful barn benches in limed oak which I ordered recently from the fantastic team at Still & Bloom. The website was so stunning with such choice - both in terms of the exquisitely crafted furniture but the many different woods and finishes they are able to offer. The option swatches you see on there are really clear ie proper matches to the real finished item, so you get a brilliant visual sense of what the product will look like when made. I was kept informed all the way through as to delivery, and on the actual day the delivery team were punctual to the minute and incredibly kind and friendly. The benches were even more beautiful than I’d imagined and I’m simply over the moon. I’ll be dreaming of ordering more items Still & Bloom soon again! These pieces are the perfect feature pieces in my little boutique. I bought the Anderson table and 2 benches , plus coat rack for displays.
