Sustain Furniture

No communication received after ordering, not even an acknowledgement of my £1k order. I had to chase for every single update and it arrived 2 weeks late. Had high expectations as the communication before ordering was great, James couldn’t be more helpful. Furniture was ok, but not as good quality as I had hoped for the money I paid.

I have ordered twice from Sustain Furniture and the shelving, which I ordered in a bespoke size, is beautiful. The communication was excellent, and even though there was an initial error in the products I was sent, this was resolved very quickly and I would order again.

I got a bespoke work table to do my bit for the world on. It's beautiful. The guys were very kind, patient and helpful, taking their time to talk me through options. I'm now looking at ordering my second piece, a tool shed with shelves. The pleasure of real wood in the house is amazing. It beats IKEA any day! 😁

Brilliant company and products. Ordered a rustic table and bench top in light stain. Nice light colour. Really happy with the products and service received. Delivery was great too, and down to the minute tracking was fantastic. Very helpful driver. Great company, would defiantly recommend and use again. Thanks.

I absolutely love our dining table and bench from Sustain Furniture, they are stunning! What an easy purchase it's been too. James was so incredibly patient with us, we changed our mind about the size of the table but he was so understanding and he adjusted the quote as we needed it. Then the table arrived a lot earlier than expected and the friendly delivery guy has assembled it for us too...what a kind man! Great experience, great item and great value - I definitely recommend it! :)

Extremely pleased with our table and bench, I would highly recommend. Was going to get chairs for the other side but will be purchasing another bench from yourselves. Absolutely love it, it's beautiful.
