Bashir has provided us with exactly that. He was receptive to our needs and explained in detail as to how this would be achieved. Hussein, the joiner who worked on the installation was a delight to have in our home. He was friendly, communicative and professional. All told we would highly recommend the joinery shop without reservation.
Bashir created a beautiful media and shelf wall for me. He was extremely helpful and courteous and delivered on time. I would definitely recommend.
I needed a dormer window made on a very tight turnaround to align with a new roof being installed, so I went to The Joinery Shop and spoke with the owner, Bashir. He was patient, kind, and very informative, and the pricing and lead times were very competitive, which made the decision easy. The window was extremely well made, with high-quality hardware and finish. The work was carried out by Hussein, who was professional, diligent, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Everything was completed to a high standard and left very clean, which I really appreciated as I had a guest arriving shortly after. I would definitely recommend The Joinery Shop. Both Bashir and Hussein were excellent throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future windows.
Bashir and Hussein have done the most wonderful job on our new windows and kitchen fire door. They are perfectionists who truly care about doing the best job possible. We are so thrilled with what they have created and installed for us. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Bashir at the joinery shop in Finsbury Park. He made a new front door and helped me put back the joinery at the entrance to help it match the Victorian terrace the house sits in. He did such a good job, everyone just thinks it was always like this! He also fitted a couple of specially designed leaded painted glass panels into the door (fronted by safety glass). This was all back in 2017 and now in 2026 we are moving and wanted to take the special panels with us. With his colleague Hussein's help, Bashir once again has done an amazing job at getting the old fragile panels out for me, making them safe for transport and putting in new replacements ones. I am delighted with the work, the workmanship and he charges very reasonably. If I can add pictures here I will! I am really delighted with him and his work.
