Arrive on time, professional, friendly and always check you’re happy with how the job’s proceeding! They leave the area as they found it and completely clean up and remove any rubbish. This is the second time we’ve used Tully & Smiths. We need other jobs doing in the future and will definitely be using them. Absolutely recommend.
Really please I went with this company. They came out and gave me a quote, and even broke it down into the different work I wanted completing as I was unsure at the time if I wanted everything doing. Once confirmed I want to go ahead with all elements, we confirmed a day to start. Had the whole room plaster, woodwork removed and replaced, cupboard and shelves built and electrics completed. All done within 2 days! I couldn't be happier with the end result. Will be back in touch if needing any other work completing. All the lads that came out to complete the work were friendly and did an excellent job. Communication as great and arrived on time. Got nothing bad to say from start to finish. Would recommend!!
Excellent work and communication from start to finish. We had a media wall, cupboard and drawers fitted under the stairs. The lads who came to complete the work were very professional, polite and hardworking. Everything was custom made to our specifications on site - nothing was too much trouble for them. The work was completed to a extremely high standard. We would definitely recommend Tully and Smiths. Thank you again for a brilliant job!
From the booking, quoting, to completing the work, the team, this was a seamless no stress process. I have hired many tradesmen in my time and I can honestly say 10/10 from start to finish for this company. As soon as I raised my job on check a trade, Tommy got in contact, provided a no nonsense fair priced quote. On agreeing the quote, a timely date/time was agreed and the work carried out to a high standard by Joe the joiner. Lovely young man, completely respectful in my home he was so professional whilst cutting materials on my patio keeping the dust from entering my house. He cleaned up beautifully before he left. Seriously if anyone needs work doing, I would highly recommend this professional business.
These guys turned up when they said they would for a quote. The quote for various bits of work including joinery and fencing was excellent which is why we chose to go with them. Very happy with the finished work. Lads were really nice. Ronnie the owner was very responsive when I had questions or queries. Lads turned up at the time / days agreed. They looked smart in company logo gear which I think is always a reassuring sign of a professional company. Had some great work done to my kitchen. I wanted to upgrade to a modern style which they did a perfect job doing and they where very friendly and helpful!
So happy I picked this firm, nothing was a bother to them and I can't believe how goody kitchen looks now. The lads who done it were down to earth and even got the job done 2 days before schedule. Will definitely be using them again. Cheers boys
