Woodnmetalfab is a Belfast workshop where Marcus designs and builds bespoke pieces in wood and metal, and clients consistently highlight his skill at turning loose ideas into finished furniture. Several customers recount how he took their rough sketches or emerging concepts and produced made-to-measure items that went beyond what they had imagined, from an alcove shelving unit and a living-room cabinet to a side table and fittings for a print workshop. Reviewers repeatedly draw attention to the standard of design and workmanship and to the care taken at every stage, from the first conversation through to the completed piece.

Communication is another theme that comes up often, with customers finding Marcus easy to deal with and valuing his willingness to exchange ideas as a project develops. One account describes being taken along to choose the timber in person, and smaller commissions have included a sill cut from a live edge and shelving for a bathroom. His combined joinery and metal fabrication skills let him handle work that brings both materials together. The praise settles on furniture that feels genuinely individual, with durability and finish singled out for particular mention.
