Bespoke 4 Joinery

We popped in today to enquire about a worktop for our campervan, their website suggested they fit out campervans as does the Google search. The chap couldn’t have been less helpful, pointing us to a company in Somerset to buy a length worktop from and we’d still have to get it templated, cut and fitted but this company only deals with trade so couldn’t have been possible anyway. Luckily as we were getting back into our van a man in the yard had overheard our conversation and directed us to ‘Wild Camp’ just on the other side of the yard. These guys were absolutely brilliant - so helpful and friendly and a great price for the work we want doing. Surely bespoke4joinery should signpost locally and actually offer helpful advice instead of signposting to company over an hour away that wouldn’t sell to the general public!

Agreed to provide a quotation for timber ceiling mouldings. Postponed three times and never delivered anything. Email contact not working. Very poor communication and unreliable. Would not recommend

i asked him for something simple, he told me that he was able to do it, we agreed the price and i went there to pay it in advance, then he refused to take the money alleging that his computer system was down. he ask me to send an email asking again next day and i did it, he told me that he will tell me when it was done (a ten minutes job that i offered to pick) after that i waited for a month and he didn't gave me any more details. Finally I found another place to do it half price and with nice people. Not profesional, don't keep his word. a little edit, sorry but the fact that you offer me pay in cash got me confused about your no cash policy. They installed a gate for us at the beginning of August, and promised to return to touch up the paint, and sort out the latch which has never worked properly. Despite several promises they never came back, and eventually they just stopped responding to us. It is now mid October. We paid Bespoke the full price for the gate, but we have finally had to pay someone else to fix the latch (it turned out that the strike plate had been slighly misaligned) so that we could use the gate. Very disappointed.

We needed some custom wooden signs, engraved and painted, for our exhibit at the Chelsea Flower Show. And we needed them fast! Mark of Bespoke4Joinery came back with a very competiive quote to begin with. In fact he very patiently gave us several competitive quotes as we gave him design changes almost daily. After all that he still reduced it further as part of their price match policy. Mark's expert advice and humour was apprecaited as we nailed down exactly what we needed. We confirmed the order at the 11th hour and it really didn't seem like they would have enough time to complete the work. Mark assured us it would be fine, and in fact the work was ready a day early and better than the original specifcation as improvements had been made to the base of the signs. We had a member of staff in the area to collect the work, but it transpired her car was too small for it to fit. Most companies might consider that not their problem, but not Bespoke4Joinery. Mark took time out of his own evening to deliver the work to us himself. This gesture was really appreciated by us and it was a pleasure to meet Mark. The finished product is high quality, and the customer experience was great throughout. Would give 6 stars out of 5.
