Excellent all round - had two first floor heritage sash windows made and installed by the team and can't fault them at all. The windows themselves are beautifully made, and it only took one morning's work to remove the old old ones and put in the new ones. These guys even kindly painted them for us at no extra cost before the installation (with some paint we provided) so that they matched with our other windows. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you're in a heritage property and are required to adhere to a certain style by the council. Thanks so much!

Mended the cords on a broken sash window, fixed some of the casing woodwork and generally balanced the window so that it opens and closes more smoothly than when we had it installed. Very pleased indeed.
