Sam is an absolute legend. I'd been left with some dodgy work by a previous contractor, and he stripped it all out and put it right before fitting my new custom wardrobes, so I ended up with a proper job from start to finish. From the start the communication was excellent, really easy to deal with and quick to respond throughout. Before any work began I was given detailed 3D drawings so I knew exactly what I was getting, which gave me a lot of confidence. The finish is spot on. He was also clean and tidy the whole time, which made the whole thing far less disruptive than I expected. Genuinely a pleasant person to have working in your home and the quality speaks for itself. Would happily recommend.
STOP!! You do not need to look anywhere else for a joiner. Sam is a fantastic tradesman. He is a true professional — his work is immaculate, and he is polite, courteous, and tidy throughout. We asked Sam to clad our stone stairs, which was a tricky job as they were all uneven and irregular. It wasn’t an easy task, but he came out, quoted fairly, and returned to complete the work to a very high standard. I should also add that the precision of the joints and angles was phenomenal 💫 I would highly recommend him.
I had a fantastic experience with Sam at Grand Joinery Services. After I explained what I was looking for, he came out promptly to take measurements. He then helped design the units, offering great suggestions and providing drawings so I could clearly visualise the final result. He arranged the installation at a time that suited me and even worked late into the evening to ensure everything was completed to a high standard. The finished units look absolutely stunning—better than I had imagined. Truly amazing service from start to finish.
From initial quote to design to installation, Sam was great. His work is extremely professional and truly artisanal. Sam takes a lot of deserved pride in his work. Really pleased with the end product. And Sam was great to work with.
Sam made and fitted wooden bifold doors in our kitchen. He was a pleasure to work with, had good ideas and was quick to respond to questions. And we are so happy with the results! We would wholeheartedly recommend him.
