Michael was great to work with on our kitchen and living room renovation - he and his team were really accommodating, communicative and receptive to our brief (and a few additional bits and changes that cropped up along the way). It was always clear what was happening and when, which was important to us with a baby imminently on the way - and we're thrilled that the work was completed in time, as promised! Snags were dealt with and fixed efficiently and everyone was really friendly and punctual. We love our new space, thank you. Would recommend!

Michael and his team at XYZ Kitchens did an excellent job with our kitchen. They worked flexibly around us having a boiler fitted and unexpected adjustments to pipework, calmly changing timings. They worked in a logical step by step order, doing electrics, fitting our Wren kitchen, doing tiling and painting and fitting flooring and plumbing in appliances. Michael thoroughly checked for any minor snags. We're very happy with the end result and would very much recommend them. Their original quote was very clear and very reasonable compared to others we had.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who engaged this company to install a new IKEA kitchen, and we are now dealing with the aftermath of that experience. The initial impression was good — the project coordinator was responsive, answered questions thoroughly, and provided a detailed quote. Unfortunately, the removal stage was very disappointing. The team sent to remove the old kitchen appeared careless and caused significant damage, including large holes in plasterboard walls, damage to other walls, and a broken garage door. They also disconnected a water pipe without properly securing it, which led to flooding when the water was turned back on and required an urgent call to the project coordinator to get someone to secure the pipe. When we raised concerns about the damage caused, the company declined responsibility and advised us to find another builder. We did not proceed beyond the removal stage and are now facing additional repair costs. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. After reading the vendor's response, I am adding photos of the damage, which was entirely avoidable had the company exercised greater care. Unfortunately, their response once again demonstrates a refusal to accept any responsibility for what happened. Following the incident, we asked for assurance that if their workers damaged any part of the new kitchen, such damage would be covered by their insurance. Their response was, "It is better that you find someone else." That is exactly what we did. After this incident and their unwillingness to stand behind their work, we no longer felt we could trust this vendor.

Had a great experience working with Michael & team. The work was done to a high standard, communication was great and everyone on the team was friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend.
