Johnny completely transformed our kitchen from a dark, tired-looking space into a sleek, bright, clean white functional kitchen. His attention to detail is exceptional, and every part of the work was finished to a really high standard. He’s also incredibly efficient at sourcing the best and most cost‑effective suppliers, which made a real difference to the overall budget without compromising on quality. I really valued how proactive he was in suggesting smart improvements to the design as we progressed through the build. His ideas genuinely elevated the final result and made the space far more functional and stylish. On top of all that, Johnny is simply a pleasure to have around — friendly, reliable, and easy to work with. I’d recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a skilled and thoughtful kitchen fitter.

What a gentleman this man is! He arrived promptly every single day and was always warm, courteous and accomodating. John did a complete kitchen refurb for us and we are very hapy with the final results. He really knows his stuff and completes work to a very high standard. He even managed to fit a wooden worktop around a very strangely-located boiler unit - to this day I don't know how he managed it! We would definitely usehis services again.

Asked Johnny at Urban Kitchen fitters to measure for some replacement kitchen doors. It was hard to get hold of him to speak, lots of texting back and forth over a week. Eventually he agree to come to the property to measure on a agreed date and time. Unfortunately he was a no-show with no phone call to let me know. No response after the event to apologise for wasting our time waiting in for him. If my job was too small or he was too busy to take it on, why string me along for a week? So unprofessional. Looks from pictures he'd do a good job with the woodwork if you manage to get hold of him! His customer service leaves a lot to be desired though.

Where to start with Johnny! After a nightmare experience with our bathroom and cowboy builders we were very wary and careful when deciding who to go with to fit our kitchen. We read all the reviews of Johnny’s work and safe to say there is a reason they are glowing. From the minute we met Johnny he has been extremely helpful in dealing with our tricky kitchen, we had multiple moving parts with damp, moving plumbing, having to store our new kitchen in a self store that Johnny himself then picked up and delivered to our flat. We have loved every minute of working with Johnny and will be missing him being around. He has gone above and beyond and his workman ship speaks for itself, we absolutely love our new kitchen. We could not recommend him enough!

Johnny is very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. He finished my kitchen to a high standard and got a great price for the units. He went above and beyond during my kitchen project and even offered to help when I had some problems with the bathroom plumbing. The flat is old and there were some tricky issues but Johnny dealt with any problems professionally and efficiently. Johnny is also a lovely guy and it was a joy spending time with him during the refurb. I am very happy with the new kitchen and highly recommend Johnny to all.

Johnny is lovely, trustworthy and conscientious kitchen designer/fitter. He replaced our kitchen and generally refurbished our flat to a very high standard with a minimum of fuss at an excellent price. He has a great eye for detail, and a real can-do attitude - so much so that he fixed a number of additional problems that came up without complaint. He also sourced appliances/units at a much lower price than we had managed to find on our own. He was very good with our incoming tenants. We would recommend him very highly.

Cannot recommend Johnny enough! We live in a concrete 50s block with ancient plumbing that seems to be a nightmare for every tradesperson so far. Except Johnny. He gutted our decrepit kitchen and built us a new one. It is beautiful, very good quality and we love it. His knowledge was unbelievable- woodwork, masonry, plumbing, cabinets, flooring, paint, appliances, plastering, etc. Absolute fountain of knowledge. He knew what to ask when we didn't, and was so patient when I needed him to explain something a few times to understand it. He anticipated the things we didn't know, that we didn't know. The project overran as these things tend to do, but we didn't mind because we knew the finished product would be outstanding- and it was. Also want to add that Johnny is an absolute gentleman and a truly kind soul. On top of all that our neighbours loved him and he kept bringing us bacon butties! Absolute legend. If you are looking for a very talented perfectionist to sort your kitchen out then Johnny absolutely is your fella. You won't find anyone more passionate, dedicated and trustworthy. He taught us so much and it was a genuine pleasure to have him. Thank you Johnny!!!!!
