Sanlon joinery construction

Sanlon Joinery Construction is a carpentry and joinery business based in Belfast, serving residential and commercial properties throughout Northern Ireland, including Lisburn, Bangor, Carrick, and Holywood. The company specialises in complete house renovations and individual room refurbishments. Its building services include property extensions, loft conversions, groundworks, flooring installations, and outdoor space development. Customer reviews name Curtis as pricing jobs and sourcing materials for the company, and Brian is named alongside Curtis in reviews of its work.

Belfast customers of Sanlon Joinery Construction describe a joinery and building service that consistently delivers a high standard of finish across a range of domestic projects. Several reviewers highlight the professionalism of Curtis, who is repeatedly named for explaining the work clearly and for his prompt and hard-working approach, while Brian is also mentioned for his contribution to woodwork such as panelling.

The company is described as reliable and straightforward, with agreed timescales and budgets being met, notably on a bathroom refit. Several accounts note the tidiness of the team, with living spaces cleaned after installation work and after panelling and flooring jobs. The types of work covered in the accounts include window and wall removal with patio doors installed, stair repairs, a fire wall completion in an attic, wooden floor laying and panelling.

A detail many reviews return to is the willingness to accommodate urgent jobs at short notice, and the same customers return for further work, including bathroom projects, which indicates a pattern of repeat business. The standard of construction across multiple jobs on one house is singled out, and the team is described as easy to deal with and true to their promises. The paragraph closes on the recurring theme of repeat custom, with one household having commissioned three separate jobs.
