Firstly this business is phenomenal, from start to finish faultless. Duane the designer is so on point, communication is very good, alterations made after initial design were realistic and the 2 lads who fitted were so good. We could have gone with any company to get a good but got our dream door we wanted from beechalls. The owner should be very proud of the team he has and I definitely reccomend them to people who knock on my door asking who we chose to design our door (trust me there's alot of knocks). 🤣 Thank you Beechall.
Recently had French doors and front door fitted. Completely overjoyed with them both. We visited the workshop to discuss what we were after and what we got is beyond what we hoped for. Really good and easy communication throughout including us changing our mind about colour towards the end! Fitters were also really impressive - install was so quick and without issue and attention to detail and care was impressive. Such a good experience, would absolutely recommend.
We got a beautiful door made by Beechall Joinery a couple of months ago - it is absolutely stunning and we are so happy with it! The craftsmanship and skill is second to none, as is their service! James, Duane and the rest of the team were responsive and professional and the guys who did the fitting were punctual , friendly and tidy. The door is perfect as is the glazing - would 100% recommend!

Replacement of front door - A very mixed experience, disappointing as our expectations (and the quoted price!) were both high. On the plus side, the quality of workmanship seems very good and the installation team took great pains to do a good job and to repair inevitable damage (the repairs made to some damaged exterior tiling in our porch were particularly appreciated). On the downside - Long lead in time (just outside of the estimated 24 weeks from initial order). Poor reliability - The confirmed installation date was moved twice at extremely short notice: the first time as the door was apparently ready but the installation team weren't, the second time as the installation team were now ready but the door apparently wasn't (needing further touching up "to be perfect"). More upsettingly, after the existing door and frame had been ripped out I discovered that they had mistakenly painted the exterior of the new door frame in the wrong colour. At that point there was no choice but to proceed with installation so that the house could be made secure, and for Beechhall to remedy that mistake as best they could with the frame in place. Although I do think they did their absolute best after installation to re-paint the frame in the agreed colour and to a high standard (from bright red to an off-white) there seemed to be little willingness to acknowledge the huge stress and disruption they had caused us over several days. Having initially invoiced for their full fee, only after being pressed did they offer any discount at all (amounting to just 3.19% of the total cost). Having read lots of good reviews and followed them on Instagram for many years, hopefully we were just really unlucky with our experience. Unfortunately it left a bitter taste at the end of what had been an exciting and much anticipated project.
