Neil of Gosforth Carpentry did an excellent job in extending the intricate wood legs on my large leather sofa. I found Neil to be thoughtful in preparing the project. Throughout Neil kept in contact with me and ensured that I was happy with the plan. The project was concluded on time and I would have no hesitation to recommend Neil.
Neil has completed 3 projects to date for us now. Each one has been completed to the highest standard with meticulous attention to detail. He is reliable and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend his services. It is rare to find someone these days who goes the extra mile like Neil does. An old fashioned service in the very best sense of the word.
We have no hesitation in recommending Neil of Gosforth Carpentry and Design. Neil was employed to save our large bay window on our 1930s house. His work is second to none and has saved us replacing the window at much greater expense. He is a pleasant man, very knowledgeable in his field, courteous always rings before calling and an excellent craftsman. Neil fitted a 1930s style picture rail to our living room. We are very pleased with the end result. It has been completed to a high standard and fits perfectly, despite the walls being uneven in places. The attention to detail, particularly around the window and chimney breast, is exceptional and it looks as though it has always been a feature of the room. We would not hesitate to recommend.
