Hi-Tech Joinery

Hi-Tech Joinery & Building Services was established in 1980 and is a family run business. The business started when a joiner made his own windows for a job in 1980. The founder brought in his son to create Hi-Tech Joinery. The business employs friends, family and highly skilled workers. It has worked on residential and commercial projects and serves Liverpool. It offers joinery and building services including manufacturing, supply, fitting and repairs.

Hi-Tech Joinery in Liverpool carries out carpentry and joinery alongside building, restoration, custom home building, roofing and stair contracting work, as reflected in the services listed for the firm. Accounts of the company diverge sharply. The quality of the workshop output draws praise, with one reviewer expressing satisfaction with the standard of craftsmanship and a willingness to recommend. The fitting side of the business attracts the strongest criticism: the installation and service have been described as poor, and one account questions the firm's credibility altogether, advising others to avoid it.

A recurring theme across the accounts is the gap between what is produced in the workshop and what happens on site, where the conduct of those carrying out the fitting appears to have fallen short of expectations. For a business covering joinery, stair work and broader building projects, the pattern suggests that the finished product and the installation stage have not been delivered to the same standard. The most pointed concerns centre on the fitting and the service received during installation.
