M.P Kitchen Fitting

Very disappointed in the after fitting service. After initially being pleased with the fitting my experience has been soured by what has occurred since. Whilst getting the flooring put down it was pointed out to me that the island had been fitted 20mm out of line with the kitchen units. I contacted Marats who immediately responded that he had used laser levels and that the island was square to the cupboards. Despite photographs showing the contrary all communication has ceased from Marats and I am now left with additional cost to rectify this issue. This is despite his promises that any issues would be resolved and all I had to do was let him know. It appears that my trust in his professionalism was misplaced. Update after response. Yes you did move the island for us. However you were paid extra for this. Why if it had to be reassembled could it not be lined up properly? At no point after I pointed out that there was an issue did you say you would return to correct YOUR mistake, all you said was that you used laser levelling. All correspondence was made via email, which I can publish here if required and there is no promise to come back at any point in time so the remark about other customers is just pure flannel. Once I sent the pictures proving that the island was out of alignment you no longer made any effort to get in touch. I stand by my accusation that your actions are unprofessional and your word is clearly not your bond.

He shouted on me because i called him thrice as his kitchen removsl guy did not turn up when he promised he would. The waether wad windy and I wanted him to dispose the stuff asap. He needs to learn how to talk to customers then fit the kitchen. I feel our job was rushed as well for a quick cash.Next time, I wont go by google reviews.

M.P Kitchen Fitting has produced a very high quality finish to our kitchen make over. Marats is highly skilled and has a very good eye for detail. He was also good with explanations and options. The work was undertaken in a quick and clean manner. In summary Marats made what is a very disruptive make over straight forward.

Marat from start to finish has been second to none. Reliable, honest, respectful and most of all completed all works in record time and to an immaculate high quality standard. I would highly recommend Marat and his team, you will not be disappointed.

Fitted worktops to a new kitchen Charge for a full day finish them in three hours. What a rush job all the joints have moved. You did say that part of it was not level but you told me you could sort it with spaces and it will be Fine @ £150 per hour I would’ve thought you would done a proper job And texting me professional is not very professional.

Family run business with fantastic work ethic goes through every detail with you and if any problems will find a solution. Couldn’t be more happy with my kitchen that’s been fitted at a competitive price , full kitchen done professionally in two days , would recommend to anyone

Fantastic service by Marats when carrying out a number of joinery jobs for us. From first contact to all of the work being completed, the level of professionalism was outstanding.
