Really professional and polite and gave us some excellent ideas for the end product which we are very happy with. Would not hesitate to recommend them - plenty of choice and very high quality units and handles etc.
No call back when promised. Emailed to check they did minor building work (removing wall between galley and lounge) as well as installation. Reply said yes. So I called to arrange a visit. Spoke to a guy who seemed, when I think of it now, panicky when I mentioned the wall (his first question had been did I know what cupboard door I wanted, which I think shows you the level this lot are operating on). Anyway, instead of just saying sorry we don't do any building work, he said K would ring me back. That was 3 days ago, no call back. Why do contractors like this one just waste people's tine and find it so hard to just say we don't do that mate, or sorry I'm not interested in your job. Too scared? Anyway, one to avoid I reckon if you want professionalism and reliability....and if need anything more doing that just your doors replaced.
We would like to thank Tony, Kerry, Tony and Travis and Dean and the rest of the team that worked for Sapphire as 1st class. From start to finish they were amazing putting us at ease and gave us a kitchen that we are proud off.

From the point of planning through to the finish everything was fantastic. The quality of the kitchen was the best I have seen. Tony was always on the end of the phone answering any questions that I had, nothing was ever a problem, also a massive thank you to Dean for the fitting your work is outstanding. Anyone wanting a kitchen or bedroom this is the company to use, you will not be disappointed.

We asked Tony at Sapphire Kitchens to do a design for our small galley-like kitchen in a 1920s house. From the design stage to fitting stage, we had excellent service. Tony’s professional advice on what materials and fixtures would work best was first rate and the design (including tall wall cupboards with 3 shelves) maximised the storage without making the kitchen seem poky. The cabinets are high quality and fit well in the space. The fitting team Jamie Welsh (joiner) and Paul Herdman (electrician) were superb. They both took great pride in their work as if they were installing the kitchen in their own home. Dan (joiner and plumber) sorted out our tap for us - quickly and efficiently. Their attention to detail was second to none. First rate professionals who were always polite and friendly! We are delighted with our kitchen and very happy we chose a local firm who really care about what they create. We will be spreading the word.

The finished kitchen is stunning – modern, functional, and built to a really high standard. It’s completely transformed how we use our home, and friends and family can’t stop complimenting it. You can tell they take great pride in their work, and it really shows in the quality of the finish.
