The Birch Boys did a brilliant job for us, they built our garden 'shack'. Their craftsmanship is wonderful, they are passionate about the work they do and are committed to producing a quality result for customers. I absolutely recommend them and will certainly ask them to do further jobs for us.
The quality of the work was acceptable; however, the service was poor and unprofessional. Communication was consistently problematic and, at times, aggressive and rude toward my partner. Appointments were scheduled and then missed without notice, followed by unexpected visits on different days. Messages and follow-ups often went unanswered unless repeatedly sent. After installation, there was no follow-up, and when issues arose later, our messages were ignored.

The Birch Boys made me a beautiful, comfortable & high-quality bed at a reasonable price. Warmly recommended
The guys were a pleasure to work with from design through to delivery. Professional, reliable and great attention to detail. I look forward to using them again.
