Families and homeowners commissioning work in their properties appear throughout the feedback for this carpentry and building firm. A garden room that was designed and built to realise the client's own concept is the project most often singled out, and reviewers often describe a straightforward journey from the initial discussion through to completion. Tidiness during the job is a point that comes up often, with working areas left clean at the close of each day. The carpentry itself draws consistent praise for a professional finish and a high level of workmanship across a range of tasks, suggesting the team is comfortable with more than one type of project.

Reliability also features prominently, one account placing as much value on punctual attendance as on the finished work, while another notes how efficiently the job was carried out and how competitive the pricing felt. Jay is named as the craftsman responsible for completed carpentry, receiving credit for its standard. Consideration shown towards a young family and a dog during noisy phases of the work is mentioned, as is the sense that no task is beyond the firm's capabilities.
