It is FENSA registered. The company works with softwood and hardwood including pine, oak, walnut and cedar.

It serves London, Greater London, surrounding counties including Herts, Essex, Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Buckinghamshire. It provides bespoke joinery services including windows, doors, staircases, mouldings, architraves, dado rails, skirting boards, floorboards, shutters, worktops, and garden products.

Joinery work for a takeaway venture involving dark kitchen fittings features among the commissions described, with Eamon, Paul and Mel named as the team behind it and thanked for their help on the project. Because items are made bespoke, advance ordering is advised, and the pricing is described as reasonable, with the team's experience offered when advising on suitable options for a scheme.

Refurbishing sash windows in a Grade II listed building formed another job, where an honest estimate covered repair rather than replacement, and the finished result was said to be of an extremely high standard. The fitters were conscientious and tidy while working inside the property, arriving punctually and leaving the site neat, which customers note as a quality of the service, alongside the careful approach taken in a home. The workshop also supplies doors and windows.
