Chris did an amazing job for me in helping me put together my home music studio. I originally reached out to him to construct an internal frame inside my room to mount my acoustic panels onto (so there’s no damage to walls or ceiling), but over time ended up hiring him to build more acoustic panels and then mounting them for me. Always reasonable prices and a great guy to talk to with lots of practical advice and suggestions. I’m sure I’ll be in touch again at some point for some additional work on the studio. Thanks Chris! BEWARE!!! Called this company yesterday to enquire about a new bannister and spindles fitting on our staircase the man said he could do this for us. I them emailed him my details and again he was more than happy to come out and quote, he did however ask for 50% to be paid upfront for materials to which i said i would buy the materials if he could fit and I would be happy to pay in full on completion. He then sent an email with no reasoning just to say he isn't going to pursue this job! BEWARE HIS TONE CHANGED WHEN I WOULDNT PAY UPFRONT!
Chris Kelly is not just a carpenter, he is a craftsman...professional, respectful, punctual and produces beautiful work. He fitted our stair skirting boards and new banisters, newels and spindles, and what a beautiful piece of work. I would definitely recommend and will certainly contact him again for future contracts. Superb craftsman and lovely man.
Chris recently fitted an alcove cabinet and shelving which we're delighted with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
