The company has been established for 25 years and serves both domestic and commercial clients. All staff are highly trained. Householders seeking replacement doors, porch and vestibule work, and restoration of interior woodwork have turned to this Liverpool joiner, and the feedback gathered across ten usable reviews is consistently warm. Phil is named in the majority of accounts, and customers repeatedly single out his responsiveness, from the first enquiry through to the finished job, with one describing how he worked collaboratively to achieve the desired result.

Pricing is a theme that comes up often: various customers describe his quotes as competitive and fair for the standard delivered, and a last-minute fitting is mentioned with appreciation. Tidiness also features, with the team noted for clearing up as the work progressed and for treating the property with respect. The standard of the finished joinery is praised across a range of projects, including a rebuilt vestibule, a replacement garden door and frame, hardwood internal and external doors fitted over existing openings, and a porch repair.

One reviewer highlights his ability to solve an awkward problem creatively, another mentions important restoration work in a bedroom that impressed everyone who saw it. The work is generally described as completed quickly, and Phil himself is characterised as friendly, professional and trustworthy, with customers stating they would call on him again.
