Stephen recently completed dry rot treatment that had spread across two flats in Shawlands. Stephen completed the work on time, on budget and did an excellent job. He kept us up to date with progress regularly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

"I have just had the pleasure of using S. Fraser Dry Rot for a period property where the ceiling collapsed in my daughters bedroom. The damage was historical dry rot. Stephen attended the property promptly and erected a supporting beam to secure the site until the work could commence. He was very patient whilst I raised the funds to do the work, which took longer than we both expected. Stephen and his team were exceptional from quote to completion. During the work he was neat, and prompt and his work was very tidy and neat. As a chartered surveyor, I was checking every day! He managed to save a lot of the original cornice work we were worried we would have to replace. Damp repair, damp proofing, wall reconstruction and ne joists and flooring. Stephen gave a straight forward quote, turned up when he said he would and did an amazing job. He found the unusual source of the damp too! All rubble was taken away and site left decorating ready. Would not hesitate to use Stephen again.
