Bristol Joinery Co

Bristol Joinery Co is a carpentry and joinery business with over 20 years of industry experience, operating from a fully equipped in-house workshop. It is part of Young & Norgate. The company serves Bristol and the South West, and also works across Bath and Somerset. It collaborates with architects, interior designers, and build firms, and works with homeowners, architects, and developers.

Bristol Joinery Co offers a complete end-to-end service including technical design, 3D drawings, CNC production, and hand-finishing. Its main services include bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, alcove cabinets, boot rooms, walk-in pantries, glazed internal doors, and commercial fit-outs. It designs, supplies, and installs bespoke kitchens, and offers in-house bespoke joinery including handmade cabinetry, drawers, custom shelving, and storage solutions.

Professionalism and skill run through the accounts left by clients of this Bristol joinery business, whose team is repeatedly described as courteous, punctual and easy to deal with. Several customers highlight a full design service that carries a project from first concept through to installation, with Laura named for developing ideas that balanced traditional character with a more contemporary feel. The work itself spans fitted cupboards with glass fronts and space for a wine fridge in a kitchen-dining area, a built-in study created for an awkward eaves room, landing bookshelves, and wide wall shelving incorporating a mounted television.

Internal double doors were also made to match existing late-Victorian originals elsewhere in a house. A theme running through the feedback is the standard of the finish, alongside efficient installation carried out with minimal disruption to the household. Repeat commissions are mentioned by one client who has returned across four separate projects, and the attention to detail shown throughout is singled out more than once. Matching new joinery to period features, and making fitted furniture work in difficult spaces, emerge as the strengths clients describe most consistently.
